The WaterDrop S-One LED is an All-in-One unit; a complete solution that brings together all the key stages of plate processing into a single system. At its core is the new flat brush washing technology, ensuring effective and uniform cleaning while keeping the production cycle simple, compact, and highly efficient. Alongside washing, the unit integrates the proven LED exposure technology developed by The Flexo Company, delivering faster exposure times compared to LED scanning systems, superior uniformity over traditional lamp units, and adjustable UV output for different plate types. With a lifetime of up to 30,000 hours, the LEDs ensure longlasting, reliable performance. To complete the process, the system is equipped with a fluorescent lamp light finisher and a two-drawer dryer, providing an all-in-one platform for exposure, washing, drying, and finishing. For maximum sustainability, the unit can be equipped with the optional Waterdrop WDU 200 evaporation system, creating a fully closed-loop water cycle that eliminates water waste and ensures environmentally friendly operation.

The advantage of using matrices instead of linear scanning systems is primarily in the increased production speed when exposing the plates.
With exposure to distributed light from a matrix system, plates can be polymerized in only a few minutes, as their entire surface is exposed simultaneously. As a result, our LED system yields shorter exposure times compared to any other scanning LED system or fluorescent lamps unit.

The automatic heating system ensures precise temperature control, while the touch screen interface offers intuitive operation. An automatic shutdown function conserves energy after the final plate is processed.
Maximizing Water Savings with Water Distillation Unit (WDU200) *OPTIONAL*
The unit, as option, can be sold alongside a water distillation unit that automatically drains and refills the main water tank. This distillation process reuses water for the washing process and collects the monomer, ensuring no water waste. This "closed loop" circuit guarantees that the washout process remains efficient and effective, providing the highest washing quality with very low maintenance, and eliminating the need for water disposal.
AnyPlate Setting Management
With AnyPlate settings software, you can customize and save the processing parameters for each plate. These parameters have a direct effect on dot size, dot shape, as well as how 'clean' the shoulders of a dot can be. Using AnyPlate, you'll get the best possible result each time.
iFlexo: Data and Remote Control
You have the option to equip all WaterDrop units with iFlexo; a high performance software that provides remote control and upgrades by TFC, extended data collection, and a monitoring system with preventive warnings about wear and tear of parts.
