It delivers faster exposure times compared to led scanning systems, superior uniformity compared to lamp units, and adjustable UV output for each plate types. With up to 30.000 hour LED lifetime, it ensures long-lasting, reliable performance.
Dual-Sided LED Exposure:
LED technology positioned above the plate and beneath the temperature-controlled glass exposure table allows both main and back exposure to be performed without flipping or repositioning the plate. This simplifies handling and improves process consistency, especially when working with large-format or thick plates that can be difficult to turn safely.

The advantage of using matrices instead of linear scanning systems is primarily in the increased production speed when exposing the plates.
With exposure to distributed light from a matrix system, plates can be polymerized in only a few minutes, as their entire surface is exposed simultaneously. As a result, our LED system yields shorter exposure times compared to any other scanning LED system or fluorescent lamps unit.
iFlexo: Data and Remote Control
You have the option to equip all Xpro units with iFlexo; a high performance software that provides remote control and upgrades by TFC, extended data collection, and a monitoring system with preventive warnings about wear and tear of parts.
With AnyPlate settings software, you can customize and save the exposure parameters for each plate. These parameters have a direct effect on dot size, dot shape, as well as how 'clean' the shoulders of a dot can be. Using AnyPlate, you'll get the best possible result each time.
